○ Products that are not returned in their original condition, packaging, and with the receipt or proof of purchase.
○ Services, such as consultations or bookings, where the service has already been rendered.
2. Refund Process
- Step 1: Notify Vendor: The first step is to notify the vendor through the BestMediCall platform’s messaging system about the refund request. Please provide relevant details, including order number, photos (if applicable), and a clear explanation of the issue.
- Step 2: Vendor Resolution: Vendors will typically respond within 3-5 business days to process the request or offer an alternative solution (such as an exchange or repair).
- Step 3: Refund Approval: Once the vendor approves the refund, they will initiate the return shipping (if required) and a refund to the customer. Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Step 4: BestMediCall Intervention: If a resolution is not reached between the customer and the vendor, BestMediCall will intervene and mediate the situation to ensure compliance with our platform’s policies. This may include issuing a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances.
3. Return Shipping
- Return Shipping Fees: In case the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped, BestMediCall will cover the return shipping costs. If the return is due to customer preferences (e.g., incorrect order, change of mind), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
- Condition of Returned Product: Products must be returned unused and in the same condition as when received, along with the original packaging.
4. Refund Timelines
- Processing Time: Once the vendor or BestMediCall approves the refund, the amount will be credited to the customer’s account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on the payment method.
- Payment Gateway Delays: In some cases, the refund may take longer due to delays with payment gateways or financial institutions
5. Non-Refundable Products and Services
Certain products and services may not be eligible for refunds. These include:
- Perishable items (such as health supplements or medicines that expire soon).
- Customized products or services that have been specifically tailored to the customer.
- Digital services, consultations, or online health assessments, once the service has been delivered or initiated.
6. Exceptions
BestMediCall reserves the right to refuse a refund if the terms of this policy are violated. This includes the misuse or abuse of our platform’s refund process, such as repeatedly returning items without valid reasons or abusing vendor policies.
